1.食器洗い用中性洗剤を､レンズの両側に
数滴ず付け､指先でレンズ面を丁寧に洗う｡
次に、水ですすぎながら洗う｡

At first please put some detergent on both side of
your lens. and spread softly with your finger,
wash it to remove some dust or finger prints.
next wash it with a lot water untill all detergent is clear.

2.中性洗剤を洗い流したのち､図のように
レンズ面を流れに通過させる｡(神山方式)

Second, hold both side of your glass arms and through
front side of your glass into running water.

3.図のようにフレームを両手で持ち､2〜3回
よく振り､水気を飛ばす｡

Third, hold fast on both side of your glass arms,
and shake it to put off water on the glass.

4.柔らかい布で､押さえるように拭く｡

Forth, wipe away water with a soft dry towel.
but please attention that how to wipe away is
not only wipe but also push lightly.
